This major new release of this popular transfer app has a rich set of features and is compatible with OS X with full Retina display support, Full Screen mode, localization in 9 different languages and a well-designed user interface. The publishers have been offering this tool for a long time and it has gone through several updates. Some of the noticeable new features include the upgraded interface, full screen browser mode, integrated bookmarks manager and Dropbox sync, built-in text editor for local and remote editing, sync browsing navigation mode, two way mirror directory sync, etc. The feature included also offer import of bookmarks from other apps, local and remote zip/unzip, creation of symlinks, local/remote files comparisons for differences, bandwidth limiting, scheduled repeating transfers and syncs and extensive filtering rules. These filtering rules help file/folder filtering and exclusion rules.

Performance and reliability are two strong aspects of the tool. Every aspect of the operations has been tuned to achieve high speed. Employing specialist techniques to maximize throughput and reduce latency, while utilizing the smallest levels of CPU and memory resources helped achieve high levels of performance. This version is claimed to be 25% faster compared to the last. Reliability achieved is confirmed by a batch of beta testers and they report achieving a very high level. Any user such as a webmaster who needs files/folders to be synchronized at two locations (development site and the FTP of web host) will be happy with this kind of a tool at their disposal.
